Very rude and unacceptable unprofessional behavior. I am out of meds, she was the Dr on call. She ignored 2 pages from the hospital last night. They paged her again this morning and she finally got back to me. Attacked me over the phone saying my medication refill (synthroid) my body cannot function without, was not an emergency and I was wasting her time. Next time don’t call the after hours number. Which this is what the number is supposed to be used for!! It is Saturday I won’t get any meds till Monday afternoon if I call... read more
Dr. Mercer is an amazing physician with the most kind, caring, and gentle bedside manner. She is a top tier Endocronologist who listens, is observant, and proactive! We are so thankful for her care and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you have the opportunity to see her please DO!
