Shelly is a wondeful ,np and I know this problem has absolutely nothing to do with her. I have been a pt there for approx 3.5 years but have not needed medical care for almost 2 years. Today I call with a fever and bad sore throat and requested to come for a strep test. They informed me that since I hadnt been infor 2 years they would not be able to accomodate a same day appt. What????
