If you want to sell your home, hire Shelly Frankin. Working with her was excellent from start to finish. She was thorough, followed through on every promise, and brought deep knowledge and experience. She was a pleasure to work with.

I've worked with Shelly as both a buyer and a seller and it was a great experience each time. She knows the area well, responds quickly, and keeps the whole process moving smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Shelly was exceptional in helping my elderly parents sell their home. She showed incredible patience, care, and professionalism throughout what was an overwhelming process for them. She truly went above and beyond—making sure they felt supported every step of the way. Her photos and description of the home were beautiful and really highlighted what made it special. We are so grateful for her guidance during such an emotional transition. Highly recommend.
