Shelly recently helped us sell my parents' house. My parents relocated to NY to be closer to my siblings (I am in Maryland). They are in their mid-80s, and needed all the help they could get. She went above and beyond, not only making our house beautiful for the listing, but also helping to downsize and get rid of decades-old furniture, paperwork, and just STUFF.
