Love Shelly. I opened up to her lightning fast (normally am slow to open up) and I look forward to my sessions with her every week. I feel understood and it really is a safe place in her sessions. She isn’t pushy and she lightly guides you along your journey. I highly recommend her, she’s knowledegable in various techniques and I will miss her when/if I ever move away. It feels like I am sitting in her office sometimes and not just seeing her via the video screen.
Would not recommend. This mental health specialist lacks compassion when working with people who have mental health issues. She canceled my appointment just two minutes before it was scheduled to begin, simply because I did not have my debit card on file. All other paperwork had been completed prior to the appointment. The only reason I didn’t have my debit card was due to an ongoing issue with my bank that had already lasted over a week.
