Rich and Shelly are an exceptional team. Shelly was recommended to us by a family member and she and Rich helped my husband buy his first condo 7 years ago. When it comes down to it, Rich and Shelly know what they're doing. They have a wealth of experience and are very in tune with the market. Had I listened to them earlier I would have saved myself a big chunk of money! They tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, and as a first time homebuyer that was very important to getting my mindset right in this incredibly competitive market.
