Dr. Garrow is wonderful and is very knowledgeable and she has a great staff, and very clean. I had problems with my bottom of my feet and she fixed them .. I’m grateful for finding her .. if you have foot problems go to Dr. Garrow she can fix you right up.. Flexable appointments just wonderful staff..
I was told that I was going to have to have my foot amputated due to diabetes. Dr. Garrow saved my foot when everyone else said it couldn’t be saved. It was a long process, taking more than a year and a half, seeing her twice a week, but she saved it. I am forever grateful to her. She and her entire staff are very warm, caring and welcoming. They all treat you like a dear friend, instead of a patient. I highly recommend her to everyone.
I have been seeing Dr Garrow for several years now. I don't understand the negative reviews. Her staff have always been friendly and professional. I usually see her about every 6 weeks. But I broke a toe a couple of weeks ago and she took care of it and I have seen her twice a week since then, soon will be once a week. I trust her implicitly with my foot care. My husband is also a patient of hers.
Dr. Garrow gouges insurance companies. Why test all toenails for fungus when she won't put you on antifungal anyway because you have been on it too much. Thousands billed to the insurance company. Also, I caught a cold and called their office to let them know. Asked them if they wanted me to come in with this covid going around and that they could reschedule me. Dr Garrow is so mean to her staff. She singles out someone and then is mean and rude to her and in front of her patients. No wonder she has rotating staff so much. It’s a shame for a professional Dr to treat her staff this way.
Her staff cannot do proper billing. The lady in the office is a family friend and she has her mother come to help. Front desk staff rotates out every few months so when there is an error, you cannot speak to anyone that knows what is going on. Dr. doesnt return calls. Very poorly run office.
Dr. Garrow treated my badly injured big toe that I smashed into a metal door casing. She was so kind and calming while treating the injury. You can tell how smart she is yet she is very down to earth. Her staff was excellent too and they got me right in to see the doctor.
I found Dr Garrow to be very friendly and she took the time to listen to my treatment concerns. Office staff was extremely friendly.
I really did not like this doctor - she has such a chip on her shoulders! She has a tendency to disrespect anything that is not her product or procedure and will argue with you to prove she is right... very bad bedside manner.
