It's the best seafood in Texas. Fresh, always a huge selection, and artistic dishes on par with Thomas Keller, Dan Humm, Jean Georges Vongerichten, Daniel Boulud... But still true to Texas, on the Texas Riviera.

Really good, and delicious food. Prepare to eat before hand because the plates are full with goodness. Great service, a little bit of wait, but is enjoyable, thanks everyone that work hard to serve others.
We have been coming to Port A for many years. Finally we decided to stop and give Shells a try. Shells is now our favorite restaurant in Port A. Homemade bread, fresh fish and homemade desserts. Everything we tried was delicious. I can’t believe we waited this long to try Shells. Our server, Wes, was awesome. Highly recommend this place!!!
Shells’ fine cuisine is a must when vacationing in Port A. Original dishes and outstanding customer service. I despise eating at large restaurants where entrees are 80% side/20% entree. You won’t find that here. Note: Arrive early as the establishment itself is small and food is made to order or you may have to wait. The fare is definitely worth the wait if you encounter large crowds at traditional dinner times. Plan accordingly like a responsible vacationer.
Best meal on the entire vacation, Crab cakes are delicious!!!
