Lamb chops were amazing. Worth the $26. Service was friendly and as prompt as possible for a full house. Will definitely return. A true gem.
I doubt this stays in the page, but tried Shells for the second time today (1st time wasn't impressed), tried going back because a found a "Gift Certificate" NOT coupon we got as a gift and it expired just 2 months ago and she would not honor it... Really? That tells me about her character, even a Groupon you can use for cash value after expiration... She just got a free $50... Venetian Hot Plate is far better in my book anyway and love Eats...too many other good chefs to go back.
Food was great and service was excellent. We were very lucky. Didn't even have to wait for a table. Seated right away. Coming back here next time I am in town.
Great things come in small packages! Shells is a small restaurant, with only 9 tables. BUT is the gem of the island in our opinion. Best tip; Get there when the doors open ( rope drop, Disney talk) if not you will find yourself waiting for a table. Each dish is made when order, fresh and delicious!
We waited an hour to to be seated, but the staff served us comp beverages,and when we were seated at our patio table, we got nothing but top notch service and the food was fantastic...I should know since my hubby is a La Cordon Bleu trained Chef and I get to eat 5 Star all the time, this is a 5 Star Restaurant. We will definitely be coming back..a lot
