Terrible customer service. I brought my own new battery and asked them to replace the old one, a 5-minute job. They told me I needed an appointment! It took longer to make the appointment than to change the battery. On top of that, the front desk was very rude. Definitely not coming back.
Prompt professional honest work.
Unethical and NOT transparent. They will take your money without telling you they have limitations on what they can do. I brought my Audi Q5 here after confirming they did work on them. I brought it for one issue which they were not able to duplicate however they found a coolant and oil leak. They fixed the coolant leak just fine (so far). They also did the oil change and replaced the drain plug for $235. 2 months later the oil light came on and i brought it to them the next day. Overpriced . 195 for them to tell you what you already know . Called around getting estimates. This is the most expensive place in town . The most expensive . Ouch !
