Writing this review took me much longer than the time Shelley secured a property for us. Shelley was not our choice, nor did her name come from “word of mouth”. It is rare to find a more thorough market knowledge than Shelley Simmons has. She applies this with an uncanny knowledge of where your property should be priced, leading to a quick and always profitable sale. It’s also the little things: her marketing materials and videos are just stunning. Furthermore, in my case, even after the sale she helped me find an interim rental property. Our process took quite a while, and Shelley went above and beyond the whole way through. She answered every question we had and even helped guide us to questions we didn't know we should have. This is my and my husband’s first time buying a house, and Shelley was beyond patient and helpful. We sincerely could not have done it without her. She knew the answer to all of our questions, even the ones we didn’t know to ask. Very professional, very sweet, and the most trustworthy.
