Writing this review took me much longer than the time Shelley secured a property for us. Shelley was not our choice, nor did her name come from “word of mouth”. Shelley was “assigned to” us by the new employer at this new city. We were (still are) so fortunate to have Shelley on our side at this special time, when we were relocating from out-of-state. It is rare to find a more thorough market knowledge than Shelley Simmons has. She applies this with an uncanny knowledge of where your property should be priced, leading to a quick and always profitable sale. It’s also the little things: her marketing materials and videos are just stunning. Furthermore, in my case, even after the sale she helped me find an interim rental property.
