So, I would like to start by saying that I have know Shelley for about 5 years. When deciding to use her as the selling agent for what was going to be a very big sale, she was vetted along with others. I have to say, that being friends with Shelley actually, in my mind, worked against her. I was afraid that if I had something to say that was in disagreement with her, it would be a bit more difficult of a process. Shelley went above and beyond!!! My daughter got a job in Ft. Lauderdale and was relocating from Michigan. We don't know the area. Shelley helped navigate the driving distance to work, knew where a 22 year old would want to live, and helped find something within our our budget. Working with me remotely, answering all my texts and questions promptly even those late night calls. Shelley took my daughter around to look at places and was like a second mother on the ground.
