The entire experience, from checking in to my last conversation with Dr. Dunson-Allen, left me confident that I received honest and thorough answers to all my questions.
Dr. Dunson-Allen and her staff are professional, yet very personable and concerned about the patients' needs. I have been going to her over a decade, and would not consider going to another gynecologist.
My pre-op with Dr Dunson was very relaxing and what I needed. She listened and was very clear with her explanation on how my procedure would go. For someone experiencing this for the 3rd time, it can be very frustrating but I’ve been blessed with such a great and caring Dr. Looking forward to leaving another beautiful review once this is done. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at an OBGYN office. On the day of my appointment, I was to get nexplanon and annovera removed. When I arrived to the appointment, I was told by the nurse that the doctor was in route and that she would tell me to undress when she got closer. Shortly after the nurse returned and said I needed to reschedule and added the doctor was double booked for the remainder of the afternoon, but advised I can be seen at 1:30.
