Call backs from front office are rare. Dentist has never called me to discuss or apologize to me regarding an on going problem with the delivery of and the seating of a partial that has not been handled by three different dental labs. I have been without a partial for almost a year. First lab did not send back my first partial that needed relined. Lab finally admitted that they lost my partial. New impressions were made for a new partial to be made by lab in California that made my first partial at no cost to me. Six months ... read more

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

I am afraid of dentists and have a lot of discomfort when I get my teeth cleaned. I was very happy with this office.I felt comfortable and they didn't make me feel bad for not having gone to the dentist in a long time. Unfortunately they didn't accept my insurance, so I can't go back here, but if they accept your insurance I would definitely use this dentist.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
