I would never recommend these people. They should not be aloud to be in business or selling anything. Please do not purchase from these people at all I've dealt with them and would never do it again. They are complete liers and should not be in business. There sales people they have are as bad as the cars they sell. There reviews are real everybody that's complaining on here about them is telling you the truth. I'm a mechanic by trade and I've never seen such trash in my life. Didn't even drive it an hour,they had the wrong fan rely,had to get a new alternator and fuse and and the new fuse melted soon as I turned on the car. Front and back of car was smoking. Got a new belt and tightener as well. And they're threatening me to take me to court. I'll be there
I bought a 2011 Buick from them was told I would have my title within 60 days it has almost been 120 days and still no title to the car. They never informed me that they never received the title from the auction. They say the expect to have it by the end of the week. They aren't willing to help, just keep writing temp tags. Lesson learned I will never buy another vehicle from them. Shouldn't be selling vehicles if they don't have a title in hand. Absolutely crazy
I bought a Ford f150 from them and they are amazing. They did tell me upfront before even looking or test driving that there was a part that was gonna need to be replaced. Nothing mechanically wrong with it and the part was cheap and easy to fix. They are honest and reliable people. I’m gonna be buying vehicles from them from this point on. I highly recommend people to give them a chance. The office staff are super nice and are willing to work with you no matter what the situation may be.
I recommend anyone not to buy anything from any of Shelley's auto sales locations. I am out 2700 dollars and a car because they didn't disclose that the suv I bought had a major oil leak, I didn't have it but a couple weeks when it broke down on me and took it to a machanic and he let me know the motor had blown. And I called Shelley's back trying to get ahold of someone for 3 weeks to see if they could help me in anyway at all, my money back or give me another car around the same price or even cheaper and they told me no . ... read more
