They had a problem with insurance accepting the documentation that they submitted. They then tried to pass the cost on to me multiple times and it took insurance speaking to them multiple times for them to finally agree to stop trying to charge me. This was an annual visit so completely covered. I would have liked to see them advocate for the patient.
