A lot of lose oil filters and drain plugs. You guy's are a joke! I would do circles around any of you guy's!
RecommendedI have used Shell Oil Lube on the Parkway for years to handle my oil changes. Today, my car started to overheat while near the mall and I couldn't get it to my mechanic. I barely made it into the Shell parking lot. Justin came out and helped me and spent a good while waiting with me, examining the car, adding coolant, and talking to my mechanic on the phone. He was able to get me back on the road to get to my mechanic with a messed up thermostat! Such a kind, friendly, and trustworthy place!!
Went in hoping to get a quick oil change after being disappointed by a competitor. Could not be happier with the courtesy, hospitality and efficient service I received here. They had me in and out in no time at a reasonable price. Bonus points to Bill for treating every customer like a neighbour. Highly recommended.
I would like to share my experience. It was AWESOME the customer service was great and the guys were very helpful and diligent with their work. I didn’t feel as if I was being overcharged or upcharged like their competitors across the street. Keep up the good work Davey, Joseph and Josh!! ❤️❤️❤️
Great service on my vehicle today. All of the staff was very courteous, professional and efficiently thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that the service included cleaning the windshield, vacuuming, etc. Also, appreciated hearing what services are offered in the event I need to top off any fluids or get a tire repaired. And, I experienced all of this great service in less than 15 minutes! 😊👍🏾

Wal-Mart messed up my dipstick and then refused to change my oil! Thanks to the awesome guys here for knowing that it is possible to change oil without checking the dipstick! It was like 10 minutes and super friendly! And they know what they are doing!
These guys always provide excellent and timely MX service and customer service!
