I am at Cleveland Shell Rapid Lube in Cleveland Mississippi and they have a deal where if it takes longer than 15 minutes to bring you your oil thing you get it for free! Omg I was so excited, I didn't get it free but the young man that came in with my oil stick was very nice and professional. Definitely going back. Everyone was really nice the manager Jason was very professional!
Amazing service!!! The guys in the shop are always polite and will let you know if anything needs further attention. Service does not get better than that
