Very odd woman who made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. She had this confused stare during my appointment. She wrote me prescriptions w/o taking any labs. Something in my gut felt off about her. I can't describe it. I left and never returned for a follow-up.
The only reason for a one star rating is I couldn’t make this a zero star ratting. After going to Dr. Shell for around 5 years I called on Monday 3/11/19 to make an appointment. I was told that I was no longer welcome as a patient because of “noncompliance”. The only explanation I was given is I had canceled an appointment sometime in the past an I had refused to make an follow-up appointment so Dr. Shell would no longer see me, period, end of story.
