This place is awesome! It is always a blast walking in and talking to the ladies at the front desk. The service has always been quick and genuine! Dr. Michels is awesome to talk with. He remembers who your are, and takes great interest in you as a person, not just a patient. Actually, everyone in the office cares about you, which is so nice. I would recommend Sheldon Vision Care to everyone.
Dr. Michels answers all your questions and the staff gives exceptional customer service. Most recently it was a month after I purchased new lenses and I was hit in the head with a ball damaging my glasses when they hit the ground. when I called in they took time to look everything up including my old frames and told me what my options were. I had a new pair in short order.

Always had great care here, office staff is always great and goes the extra mile to great customer service! We have moved from Sheldon and have not yet found an eye clinic as good as this one!

A friend of mine was having very concerning eye issues and they fit her in right away. Even though she isn’t a patient and had to be squeezed into the schedule, Dr. Michels took the time to thoroughly address her symptoms, and explain everything in great detail. Everyone in the office is so friendly!
