I was a new patient 6 months ago and came in for a cleaning. I was recommended to have a crown done and several other things after my cleaning. I called the office a few days later to let them know I wanted a second opinion and went over several things that I felt did not go well during my appointment. One of them being a HIPPA violation. Not a one point did the office ever apologize. It took over 2 weeks to have our x-rays sent over to another office with us calling three different times.
