I have rented with Sheldon Realtors for many years and have had an excellent experience. I highly recommend them.
This is one of the worst rental agencies if you could even call it that, I have ever rented from. Ceiling leaked in every room in the house to the point there were holes in the ceiling bigger than the 5 gallon buckets we were catching the water with. Took almost 2 months to get that fixed and the ceiling never got fixed which grew black mold throughout the house as a result.
