As a long time resident of the Sheldon neighborhood, I never had any issues. Neighbors are pretty respectful, there’s no suspicious activity as I know it, one of the few places where housing is affordable, and occasional events. There could’ve been a public swimming pool being built a long time ago when it had the chance to expand to the empty lot, but that couldn’t come to fruition. Good experience
I was looking for a place to live after moving to Fort Lauderdale area for my job. Ms. Kathy was able to get me into a home exactly when I needed it. I have lived here for 2 years now. No problems with neighbors. No drama or crime in the area. They have always responded quickly to any problems I had. I am being transferred soon and I would like to thank Ms. Kathy and her staff for being so kind and giving me a safe place to live.
