I feel this is the best choice for me.
Office visit was very good. Dr. Axelrod spent some time and we discussed my health issues. There was an order for a specific medical procedure which was accomplished. The reported results were slower than anticipated and I needed to call twice to have a medically competent person to review the testing. A real issue is OPTUM's customer service line. It took several calls with long waits to speak with somebody; and, the people who answer appear to be either overworked or burned out. I highly recommend either training those fol... read more
Every few years, I get kidney stones. Dr. Axelrod has been wonderful recommending and performing lithotripsy to remove them. He really is an expert and knows what he’s doing. Thank you, Dr. Axelrod. I am so grateful for your superb care!
Excellent doctor. He has removed 2 kidney stones, one just today, the other a little over 3 years ago. Fabulous! No pain, no side effects, work done quickly and well. Thank you to a fine doctor!
