Dr. Axelrod is always very personable and attentive to my questions and concerns.
Dr Axelrod is a very good doctor. However it is very annoying and stressful that he constant changes your appointment several time right before the date. This is not a one time occurrence. It happens every time I have an appointment with him for years. It is also impossible to react his support staff by phone.
Because of Health Insurance - your doctors are rushed
I feel this is the best choice for me.
Office visit was very good. Dr. Axelrod spent some time and we discussed my health issues. There was an order for a specific medical procedure which was accomplished. The reported results were slower than anticipated and I needed to call twice to have a medically competent person to review the testing. A real issue is OPTUM's customer service line. It took several calls with long waits to speak with somebody; and, the people who answer appear to be either overworked or burned out. I highly recommend either training those fol... read more
