I had my first appointment today at Sheldon Veterinary Clinic with my new puppy, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Joe was especially impressive! He was thorough during the exam and took the time to carefully answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Amazing veterinary! Always provide great service and show their interest in caring for any concerns you may have with your fur baby. Highly recommend coming here!! Staff is very friendly and Dr. Joe is awesome with taking good care of your furry friends. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and I love it. Not to mention how they have reasonable prices for the care/attention they provide.
Dr. Joe and the entire staff were fantastic. He spent a lot of time just talking to us, getting to know our pup and figuring out options for issues we are having. Dr. Joe was also my parents' Vet when he was in a different city and loved him.
It was a pleasure (for a change) to work with a family Vet. I felt heard; my dog was comfortable, and I was given good, old-fashioned common sense advice + the latest and vetted (no pun intended) information.
