Debbie the office manager was EXTREMELY RUDE when I called the office! She knew nothing about dental insurance and when I questioned her she was even more unprofessional. She actually hung up on me and when I called back she confirmed that she hung up on me! The sad thing was I was only trying to figure out how much my treatment plan was going to be so I could charge it through care credit. The joke was on her...not only did she loose a patient with a very large treatment plan...She and the office will never be referred to. ... read more
