We recently moved here from out of state and we were apprehensive moving blindly here, but to our surprise we’re in a great part of town in a quiet complex. Our neighbors that we have met are friendly and our apartment is spacious . The town is amazing and everyone is so easy to talk to!
I like living here. It’s a great place, and very close to everything in town.
The new owners have done a huge amount of landscaping and other window dressing but the apartments are still infested with black mold and we are still "on a list" for a new bathroom vent fan which would provide some moisture removal from at least that mold infested location. To help with not having any air conditioning, or any practical place to install a portable unit, they cut down the tree that provided shade to our bedroom which now gets to a nice toasty 85 degrees at bed time even with the windows open.
