Xrays were taken immediately. Then Dr. Berghoff discussed the results and my orthopedic history. He did manipulation of my hip before making his diagnosis. Then set up a plan of action. He listened attentively and communicated well, answering all of my questions. I feel confident in his expertise and diagnosis. The whole office staff worked efficiently and well together. Even though the office was very busy, there was a very short wait. I was so happy and satisfied with my first visit there.
Dr Shafer has been top-notch! He did an excellent job on my ACL surgery & has been very communicative each step of the way. I highly recommend Dr Shafer & his team!

This is the 2nd time I saw Dr Martin. The first time was for my shoulder and this time for my knee. He listens well, is knowledgeable, and kind. He is my go to orthopedic surgeon.
Always willing to listen to my personal issues with my health
I recently fractured my hip,and I was so fortunate to have had Dr.Ganesh as my surgeon. I am a registered nurse and had previously worked in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Ganesh is incredibly skilled, very professional and personable. I hadn't met him before my fracture because it was a traumatic break. Appreciate the honesty and professionalism.
From my first visit with Dr. Deland, I knew I was in the best care. He has extensive experience with ankle replacements and was honest and up front with me. Rosie is super-human. Always answering the phone on first ring, and scheduling the impossible appts to accommodate our travels from Buffalo. Monique is also very efficient and always helpful. Surgical team made me feel at ease as well as hospital staff managing pain promptly.
The thing that stands out in my visit is that Dr. Deland is a true expert in foot and ankle problems. I have been seeing him for 29 years when I first presented to him with severe osteomyelitis an my paralyzed neuropathic left foot and ankle. He not only saved my leg but has continued to keep me walking since those difficult early days.
