I’ve lived here for 5 years and I have never had any issues that weren’t taken care of promptly. Kristy(the manager) has always been very professional and kind and I have seen how she is with other tenants or perspective tenants, very professional. She is knowledgeable about the property and makes sure the grounds are beautifully kept. It’s quiet and clean and both Kristy and Rusty(maintenance man) are very good at their job. I would recommend moving here if you want a nice clean and quiet place to live.
We just moved in a couple weeks ago and we love this place, great spacious apartment, great parking, quiet, calm, and every one seems to respect each other and their privacy, Kristy has been very helpful and kind getting us moved in. 10/10 would recommend this community as a great place to live 💜🙂
I have lived in these apartments for a few years now and I have not had any complaints. Unfortunately, I am having to move due to financial issues. However, Kristy (the apartment manager) has worked with me and made this difficult time in my life a lot better by her kindness and empathy. I would recommend anyone to move into Shelbyville Place. It is a quiet, clean and peaceful place to live.
Maintenance is great.
