Rusty came out yesterday and troubleshoot the electrical problem we were having in the Master Bedroom and Bath. He found the bathroom light switch was the problem and quickly replaced it. Also he replaced our dishwasher right before he left for Christmas vacation. Even though we had to go a few weeks without one he wanted to make sure we didn't have to wait 2 more weeks. We really appreciate Rusty he really cares about the residents and always does a good job. Sincerely, Dona Renfro
Kristy and Rusty are fantastic here. This place was the best spot to be at, quiet, and timely responses on any issues within the home. Unfortunately, due to a job relocation my wife and I had to move or we would still be here.
I’ve lived here for 5 years and I have never had any issues that weren’t taken care of promptly. Kristy(the manager) has always been very professional and kind and I have seen how she is with other tenants or perspective tenants, very professional. She is knowledgeable about the property and makes sure the grounds are beautifully kept. It’s quiet and clean and both Kristy and Rusty(maintenance man) are very good at their job. I would recommend moving here if you want a nice clean and quiet place to live.
