The air conditioning doesn’t blow cold are and management can’t ever give a good answer to when thing will hey fix ( keeps its renters unsure )

The ONLY reason I moved here is because every other place is $1200 a month. They switched management companies in the middle of my approval process. The day comes to move in. No one is there at 10am as stated on the door. The lease wasn't ready. They said move in is at 2 but NO ONE said anything to me about that prior. I told her I could come back in a couple hours she agreed. 3 HOURS LATER I am sitting by the office because the door is locked and no one is there.
