After a car accident years ago, I did physical therapy and worked with a chiropractor for a year. The yoga work with Shelby has been amazing, and I wish my physical therapists would have done similar. I've tried group yoga many years ago, and 1 on 1 classes with Shelby have been much better. Shelby is absolutely amazing! I took a class with her after being out of practice for a few years. She’s an excellent instructor and creates a calming, peaceful atmosphere for her classes. Highly recommend!

Shelby knows how to strike the perfect balance for yoga practitioners of all levels. Weaving challenges in with the basic foundations seamlessly. My back always feels better after yoga with Shelby.
