I developed ENS (empty nose syndrome) due to a turbinate reduction surgery done by Shelby Top. I DO NOT recommend going to him for any surgery. My quality of life is ten folds worse than before the surgery. He claims he did everything right and I’m the unlucky one. He was not helpful to explore any corrective options, he told me to with it and use a nasal spray for the rest of my life.
