Called today at 9am about a vehicle. Said we would get back with us. Called back at 3 and was treated very rudely. Took my business elsewhere. Rude and hateful.
Having no knowledge about even the basics of cars, the guys here made sure I got exactly what I needed. Wonderful customer service.
Friendly guys definitely go there to pick up your U-Haul in that area
I called them 4 times about a set of tires over 3 day period, They said they would call back everytime, but they never did after 3 days and several calls, apparently they are not interested in selling anything. We have bought several hundred $$ worth of parts from them over the years through our company, apparently customers dont matter.
These people where so great that even when we had to bring the part back because it was the wrong one. Not their fault but ours. They took the time to look for the right part even going and walking the yard to find a better one and pulling it and testing it from the lot. While we waited they talked to our little girl and didn't seem to mine she was running as fast as she could from one side of the office to the other.
