I got a very rude message cancelling my appointment only an hour before the appointment. I was told that I'm seeing another doctor and I had not complied with his recommendations. I was not told anything by my original doctor. Rude at best, malpractice at worst.

Dr. Snashall was a pleasure to meet. I saw her due to a cyst in my pancreas. Of course when you hear the word pancreas you think the worst so you can imagine how scared I was. Dr. Snashall was very kind, funny, empathic, and took the time to explain everything to me. She showed and explained my MRI scans for me. She explained every way things could go and what they would do in each case. She even drew my a diagram of my pancreas and taught exactly how the pancreas works.
