I had a extraction and bone graph done that didn't heal correctly in February 2022 from Dr. DAN and because of the severe surgery and pain never healed correctly and because of this on the side I had the surgery, I now have severe chronic Tinnitus ( ringing in ear) I never had Tinnitus until i had the surgery done that started on and off a few months afterwards but permanent in January 2023. I've been to specialist all over and hearing is fine from Audiologist and ENT specialist. The only traceable issue is from the surgery.... read more
The staff was great! Dr Shelby was the most disappointing referral I’ve ever been sent to. Thankfully we left his ridiculous assessment and went to someone qualified to avoid complications. It was five o’clock and I’m sure he was ready to get home. But no worries another clinic did the work in a professional manner that we were so pleased with.
What a great place to be healed! The VA sent me to Dr. Shelby for some extractions and I must say I might of lost a tooth, but gained many a friend. Thanks all for the hospitality and caring. Been a long time since I’ve felt that at a periodontist!
