This place was better when the township owned us now this real estate investor that bought us all he wants is money from us even tho we are on fixed incomes. I had to move away because the increases of rent up to $100 to some people. This is not cheap rent for seniors anymore. They keep changing the rules not in the lease. Put a camera up to spy on people putting stuff in garbage. Charge people outrageous amounts so they can not get complete deposit back.
