I have been trying to find affordable independent housing for my grandmother for a while now. Megan has been so helpful during this process and my grandmother is so excited for her new apartment! I feel comfortable with her being here because of the sense of community, the way that the staff has gone above and beyond, and the fact that my grandmother doesn't have to do anything strenuous because all of the amenities that are included. Also a resident fell on midnights the other day as it was being discussed by staff and the young lady who was assisting ms.R. She fell and in result had a significant skin tear on her right lower arm. She was not evaluated or seen by a liscensed physician. I’m sure her vitals were not checked either.
The staff is very helpful and my apartment is beautiful.
I have been looking for a place for over two years. Several times I drove by and one day I decided to stop. Megan showed me around and several other residents introduced themselves. The level of welcome and warmth was there from the get go. People reach out to welcome you and I was surprised at how long some of the residents have been here.
