After six years as loyal patients, this office dropped my daughter simply for asking for a 2:30 PM appointment — even though their hours are 9–5. They refused to show any proof of their “policy” and never properly followed up. Completely unprofessional. Stay away.
I am 1 session in for my toddler. Shelby and her staff are amazing. 10/10 patience and understanding for my son with ASD. Glad I listened to the recommendations I got.
