Recently moved back to the area, with my cousin recommending Dr. Shelby’s office. Today was my first visit with my eldest, but my hubby went on the first visit and appreciated their thoroughness.The office is gorgeous, and all of the staff have been extremely down to earth, and answered all of my questions, (and I tend to ask lots of questions lol)My kids love the office and look forward to going back!
My kids and I love everything about going to Dr. Shelby. Everyone is friendly and they are always super efficient. My 6 year old loves coming to the dentist thanks to Dr. Shelby and the staff!
She’s honest, excellent at coordinating treatments, and knows how to keep younger patients calm before and during a procedure. Remarkable team and she loves what she does and cares about her patients. Excellent customer service and love how she communicates treatment plans when there’s a complication.
Dr Shelby and her entire staff are amazing. The most kid friendly environment and make it so easy for your kids to love the dentist. Special needs friendly and I honestly just cant say enough good things!
I was a patient of Dr. Shelby until I turned 18. I'm 37 and discovered earlier of this year that she recently reopened her practice. I was relieved as I wanted to make sure my kiddo has a positive experience with the dentist as I didn't (prior to being Dr. Shelby's patient). We had our sons first visit yesterday and Dr. Shelby and her staff were amazing! The staff was very welcoming as we walked in. My son loved the fish tank and books that were in the lobby. We were brought back to Dr. Shelby’s office where she built a rapport with my son she talked with me while playing cars with him and I loved that. We were then taken back for his exam and it was just overall just a great experience! Highly recommend!
My son has been going here since he was 4 years old. He is now almost 14 and getting his braces put on. Dr.Shelby Smith and her entire staff are wonderful. We have never had a bad experience. I highly them recommend this office.
