I saw Dr Meyka who was nice, had me come back 2 times after my initial visit. Achilles tendon slightly torn. All she did was feel my ankle each time I went. No physical therapy just office visit. They ended up billing my insurance using an in correct Dr provider #, so the insurance company refused my claim. I called my insurance company as well as the billing department every month for 6 months, trying to get this fixed. I sent Letters to the office manager as well as talking to someone at the office. Since they were bought out by a corporation, they are not the same. Dr. Stevelinck was the best! But now, I'm not allowed to see him because my foot issues don't qualify. They scheduled me with Dr. Meyka and she needs me to keep coming back every month for something Dr. S would fix in one appointment. She also reached in drawers and cabinets after touching my feet and didn't change her gloves. Ewww. I'll look for someone locally owned

We discovered that they made my wife's orthotics incorrectly when we went to pick them up. They were made without any arch support. We did not take possession of the orthotics at the time as we wanted to talk with the doctor about it. After about a week of them not returning our calls we got our bank involved to get a refund. After the bank got our deposit back, Howell Foot and Ankle tried billing us for the balance on the orthotics which were incorrectly made and we did not receive.
