I recently started going to Dr. Glass and am very satisfied with my treatment. He is knowledgeable, listens to what you have to say, he answers all of my questions and explains things in a clear. It does take a while to get an appointment, which is attributed to many patients wanting to see him. I would recommend him to anyone needing a doctor.

I’ve been going to LPFP for over 12 years, I’ve seen Marlene and Dawn and Regina, Dawn is my go to for everything, she is great! Super understanding and helpful, I’m a mother of two toddlers and as a mom I feel like I could always do better (of course) but I’ve never been made to feel like I wasn’t doing a great job. I had pulled up Lake Parks info to call them and noticed the low score for reviews. I am beyond confused. I have gone to Lake Park for around 10 years and absolutely love them. Dawn Hale is who I see and she has never been anything but helpful and given great care. My first time to cabarrus family medicine in concord. I had DR. Henson. The office staff was very professional and made me welcome. The DR was professional and explained what was going to be going on.
This medical office is efficient and cares. I use Dr. Kelly your visit is thorough his manner is open and concerned. You can go on line for refills do note the time it might take for a response though I never had to wait more than a day for it to be filled. I have also seen several other doctors in this office i would recommend any of them.
I had a very positive, professional experience during my visit with Dr. Kinnerish Patel, this past week. It started with the front desk receptionist Zena, who made me feel comfortable in the small but clean waiting room by offering me a bottle of water. In a very short period of time, I was greeted by Karen, one of the Dr. Patel's CMAs who was also professional and friendly. Lincoln Eye Center has been persistent and concerned in helping me maintain and improving my eye sight. This is not an easy task due to “RK” surgery from years past. Both Doctors are diligent in their efforts and the staff is friendly and helpful.
