I visited Dr. Cline on January 27, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing—so much so that I will not be returning for future visits. This was my second appointment. During my first visit in November, I was examined for astigmatism as I needed glasses to drive comfortably at night. I had some trouble with watering eyes during the exam, and I was reassured by one of the assistants that this wouldn't affect the results. As a single mother on fixed income I tried to call to schedule my infant an appointment that she desperately needs and was told I have to pay a deposit of $25 which I don't have in order to be seen. Is a person who receives Medicaid my co-pays never been more than $4 anywhere and I found that outrageous the staff didn't seem to care and didn't want to help with the solution I don't advise you or any of your family to go there
I got a call the other day from this eye center. The woman I was talking to was confused about where the referral came from.Didn’t know the doctor’s name. Gave me two names of Dr’s I don’t even have. Then said I have to have a diabetic eye exam.. I said I don’t have diabetes!! Mind you I go to Morgantown Eye Center In Shelby. So I had no idea what was going on.
