I cannot rave enough about this dental practice. I have not been to a Dentist in over 20 years, like most people I was terrified of dentist, but recently at 49 I experienced my first toothache. I went online looking and saw Shelby Dental and they had great reviews, so I decided to try them. I went to this dental office on 9/02/2014 for an extraction. I went back 2 wks later with severe pain in the extraction site. I feel there is a piece of tooth stuck underneath the healing and the dentist refused to check to see. She said that I was lying about being in pain. I was made to feel like some type of drug-seeking junkie who was seeking pain killers when I was just trying to relieve my severe pain. I went there today. The office people are nice and the office is clean. I like the doctor but the person cleanning my teeth. She did not really explain to me what she was doing. I informed them I was in pain and they did not help me. I am going back next wed for some work done so we will see what goes on. But I would go back just the staff people need to explain more on what they are doing.

My husband, son and I have been going to this dentist office for approximately five years. It is a very efficient office. They are always trying to be on time with their appointments. I have always been in and out and back to work without having to miss much work. My son has grown up going to this office and has always wanted to go to get his teeth cleaned. I would not recomend this dentist office to no one. They're rude, their ability to communcate with their patients is very poor. It's not a family friendly place.
