The staff are not on the same page with each. One team member told us one price and then once there the price changed to something totally different. Was told to be there at a specific time and it took almost 1hr and 25min to be seen. The doctor and staff took it upon themselves to administer test that were not consented too which caused more cost. Everything was very unprofessional! Even the receptionist had an attitude with us. Dr. Z was rude to us and there were tests preformed that we did not agree to.
I want to thank the staff for caring for my family while we had to put one of our family members to rest. Sampson had been a part of our family for 13 years. Your staff cared for us and helped us get through it. And then a week later we received a sympathy card in the mail. Again thank you so much for the thoughtfulness you showed to us.
Abusive and neglectful. I don't know if they still have staff that is horrible...but they certainly have. WARNING
