Had an issue with some diecast collectibles I purchased. The descriptions for them are wrong, the cars didn't include what they said they did. I emailed them and brought this to their attention and all they offered was to let me send them back. I responded to this email and they never emailed me back. I know this is small potatoes to Shelby American, my measly little collectibles purchase, but good customer service practice is when you treat the smallest customer the same as you treat the biggest customer. RecommendedIf you are a mustang fan, don’t pass this place up. Fabulous collection of 29 mustangs and cobras. Plus get to visit the plant where they make and redo mustangs at 15 th and Sunset in Las Vegas, Nevada.
