Dr thornburg says he will call Iu . He does NOT . The receptionist complain about having to do her job. She is rude & never smiles . Miserable Unhinged -should not be working in Covid She complains about having to sanitize ?! Wow ! Dr Self & LaDonna are angels ! Dr Thornbirg NEEDS 2 retire !

Gotta give a big shout out to Charlie Thornburg at Shelbiana Animal Clinic. Our kitty's eye looked bad yesterday morning the morning, and got worse and worse as the day went. Add other things like sneezing and an upset stomach... I sent him a text at 8:45 pm, and we were on our way there shortly after. Dr. Thornburg is recovering from eye surgery himself, and can't drive yet, but made time to care for the kitty, and even checked on us today!!! We have been bringing our pets here for over 16 years and absolutely love everyone at the clinic. Dr. Thornburg and Dr. Self are sooo great and all the staff are very nice and friendly. We haven’t lived in the area in years but still bring our dogs back here for their checkups.
The staff was very caring when we had to put our dog down over the weekend when our regular vet wasn’t open. So considerate of our loss. Thank you Shelbiana Animal Clinic.
Had a cat decide it liked my house. Took him to Shelbiana. They gave him s rabies shot until I decide what to do. Compassionate and truly care about the animals.
This place is amazing!! Always get one on one time, everything explained and very good with your animal family!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, never feel like an inconvenience when you walk in or call, even when asking a million questions!!
Dr. Self is so amazing! He explains everything to you in a way you can understand. He answers every question. He takes his time looking over your baby and asking questions to get to the bottom of the problem. He has helped my dog after being hit by a car and helping with his back problems. We are 100% moving all our pets to Shelbiana.
