I have been getting therapeutic massage from Shelagh for many years. Each session is varied based on my needs at the time and I always leave feeling regenerated. Shelagh is so kind and giving - you feel like the most special client she has while there. She always checks in with you and listens to you. I am so glad she is my massage therapist and friend!
I've been to many massage therapists and Shelagh is my absolute favorite. Her style is so unique but aligns mostly with Thai. I love that every massage is different and specific for my needs. At the beginning of a session when she asks "are there any areas we need to focus on today?" I say "you'll figure it out", and she always always always does 🤍 plus her soul is made with essence of sunshine, a dash of belly laughter, and a large heap of je ne sais quoi that just puts her in a league of her own.
I went to Shelagh for my first ever massage and cannot recommend her enough. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure to communicate with me throughout the massage to check on my comfort level and to make sure that I was receiving the attention and care I needed. After an hour massage that did not seem to be nearly long enough I was left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and overall incredible. 10/10. Shelagh, is fantastic! I highly recommend her. She has helped me to relieve muscle tension, which has improved my overall quality of health. Her knowledge, skill of massage therapy and genuine care is outstanding.
