Dr. Shek takes time to talk to you like an adult.
Dr Shek has been taking care of severely sun damaged skin for twenty years. He has removed countless precancerous and cancerous items from my skin. He is always kind and gentle as he can be. Keeping me alive.
Dr. Shek is responsive and cares about his patients in a way you do not see anymore from doctors. I called him in the middle of the night with a concern and he answered right away and helped me talk through what was going on.
Dr Shek cared about my situation. He even called me the day after my first visit to see how I was. He is doing everything he can to help me!
Really knows his stuff. Would recommend Dr Shek to anyone in need of a dermatologist
Knowledge and performance
I appreciate that Dr. Shek always takes the time to address all of my issues and never rushes through an appointment.
I feel the priority was to sell products and get me back to the office for more visits. Not very thorough in my yearly exam
I had questions regarding an upcoming procedure to remove skin cancer that was to be performed by Dr. Shek. He was extremely rude and wanted to know why I even had questions and hung up on me. I have never in my life been so disrespected by a physician. There are so many amazing dermatologists to choose from that I would highly recommend you find one who is not Dr.Shek.
