As a certified fitness trainer and group fitness instructor I know how important proper alignment and good posture is. Whenever I feel I am out of alignment I know to visit the staff at Sheitelman Physical Medicine. They keep me moving with my busy schedule.
I joke that these guys are the only ones that can fix me :) I can honestly say that without the assistance of Doc and the therapists Anthony and Ryan, I would be struggling to function on a daily basis :) Only place I go
These guys rock. Any time I have pain issues in my back or hips they can get me fixed and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them. The staff is always so friendly and they all greet you with a smile.
