The FNP was so rude to me ! I couldn't believe I was paying for a service just to be treated like a dog! She made an ugly comment about me and then started talking bad about the client that was in the waiting room about how they looked like they didnt have any money to get serviced. I'm so disappointed because I really thought I was going to get a quality service. Her phone kept ringing, and she even answered it during my treatment.
